A grand Rath Yatra is taken out every year in the month of Ashadh from the Jagannath Temple located in Puri, Odisha. According to Hindu belief, Jagannath is a form of Shri Krishna, an incarnation of Vishnu. Which means lord of the world? Rath Yatra is organized every year. Apart from Lord Jagannath, the chariots of his elder brother Balarama and sister Subhadra are also included in the Rath Yatra. The yatra ends after it reaches at Gundicha temple. Then after 9 days they return back to “Shri mandir”. This 9 day journey is known as Rath yatra. The doors of the Jagannath temple are closed 15 days before the Rath Yatra is taken out. Then the journey starts as soon as the doors open.

Day 01: Bhubaneswar - Puri - Konark

After landing in Bhubaneswar or Puri, moved to Hotel/Resort at Puri, Get revives and has Snacks and Lunch. Evening visit the closest objections like Konark Sun Temple, ASI Museum, Chandrabhaga Beach. The have a supper & great night rest at Puri.

Day 02: Rath Yatra Darshan

Begin your initial morning excursion to Puri and witness Rathayatra at the rooftop top where pressed fooding is accessible. Return before sun-down to Hotel/Resort. Eat and rest at Hotel/Resort.

Day 03: Puri - Chilika - Puri

After Breakfast and Check out, visit to Satapada(Chilika Lake), Boating in Chilika Lake, Sightseeing of Irrawaddy Dolphins, Sea Mouth and Rajhans Island then drop at Puri Railway station for your ahead venture.
