1. Booking & Payments

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.2 A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
1.3 Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Any price changes after booking will not affect confirmed reservations.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 10 days before the departure date may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the service provider’s policy.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the trip are non-refundable.

2.2 Agency-Initiated Cancellations:

  • In the rare case that we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative travel option.

2.3 Refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.

3. Travel Documents & Requirements

3.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
3.2 We are not responsible for any denial of entry by immigration authorities due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1 We strongly recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost belongings.
4.2 Our agency is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to illness, accidents, or flight cancellations.

5. Liability & Responsibilities

5.1 We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport services, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party service providers.
5.2 We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the trip.

6. Changes to Itinerary

6.1 We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political situations, or other emergencies.
6.2 In such cases, we will provide alternative options or reschedule the trip where possible.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Travelers are expected to respect local customs, laws, and regulations at all destinations.
7.2 Any misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of local rules may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 We value your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings is used only for processing travel arrangements and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India/Odisha. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar.
